These guys are great. I have used them for years. I have a 2006 Dodge Durango that the onboard system said the wrong viscosity oil was used. These guys changed the oil again, sent the oil for evaluation and it turned out to be a bad sensor on my car. Very fast, totally professional. I recommend them to everybody.

I was sad the Mentor on the Lake store closed, I tried another claimed fast oil change center and was thoroughly disappointed. Seeing as Chardon is not too far for me, I decided to drive out and couldn't be happier with my decision! By the time I pulled in, the men had my record pulled up and knew exactly what service I needed. Being a cold winter, I was surprised they removed the snow off my old windshield wipers without gloves. They quickly clipped on my new blades and I was on my way. Excellent service I would highly recommend.

Always so nice! I never feel pressured to buy different things or get services I dont want. I trust them when they say I need something.
